How to use
Using Ecofiltro is simple: fill it, let gravity filter the water, and enjoy clean water from the faucet.
- Install the faucet and rinse the container, lid, and exterior parts before first use.
- Place the filter unit inside the upper reservoir and fill with tap water.
- During the first 2–5 days, filtration may be slower and the water may have a slight earthy/clay taste
- This earthy taste is normal and safe to drink, but you can run 2–3 full cycles and discard that water or use it for plants if you prefer to remove the taste
- Clean the filter every 3–6 months using only filtered water and a clean soft sponge.
- Do not use soap, bleach, or abrasive materials on the filter.
- Replace the filter unit every 2 years for best performance.
